1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Box In The Sun Ltd (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By completing a booking, you (“the Participant”) agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Box In The Sun Ltd organises international sport and fitness training camps (“the Camp”) in locations which may include Tenerife or other destinations. Each camp includes travel arrangements, accommodation, training sessions, coaching, meals (if specified), airport transfers and return travel to Manchester or another designated UK city.

3. What the Package Includes

Unless stated otherwise, camp packages include:

  • Return flights
     

  • Accommodation
     

  • All scheduled training and coaching
     

  • Airport transfers
     

  • Local transport relating to camp activities
     

  • Security personnel (if applicable)
     

  • Travel insurance
     

  • Return transport back to the UK
     

4. What the Package Does Not Include

  • Personal expenses
     

  • Optional excursions
     

  • Additional food or drinks not listed in the package
     

  • Equipment purchases
     

  • Medical costs not covered by insurance
     

5. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18+ years old at the time of travel.

6. Medical Conditions

Participants must complete a Medical Conditions Form.
You confirm you are physically fit to participate and understand the risks associated with physical training.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in removal from the camp with no refund.

7. Payments and Accepted Methods

We currently accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Wix Payments)
     

  • PayPal
     

  • Klarna Pay Now
     

  • Klarna Pay in 30 Days
     

  • Klarna Pay in 3 Instalments
     

A deposit option may be introduced in future.

8. Final Payment Deadline

The final payment deadline will be communicated individually for each camp.

9. Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellations within 14 days = full refund
     

  • After 14 days:
     

    • More than 60 days before camp: full refund minus administrative fee
       

    • 30–60 days before camp: 50% refund
       

    • Less than 30 days: no refund
       

If the Company cancels the camp, the Participant receives a full refund or an alternative date.

10. Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to modify accommodation, schedules, training staff, or activities due to weather, airline changes, safety or operational reasons.

11. Behaviour and Participant Responsibility

Participants must follow all instructions, safety rules and local regulations.
We may remove any participant for disruptive or unsafe behaviour without refund.

12. Liability

Box In The Sun Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the booking.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
