14-Day Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your booking within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund, including any initial payment.

To cancel within 14 days, please email us at boxinthesun@outlook.com with your full name, booking reference, and a clear cancellation request.

After the 14-day period:
Our standard cancellation rules apply:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the camp: full refund minus administrative fee (if applicable).
   

• Cancellation 30–60 days before the camp: 50% refund.
   

• Cancellation less than 30 days before the camp start date: no refund.
   

If Box In The Sun Ltd cancels or significantly changes the camp, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date or location.
